The founders of Lawn Doctor created a strong, financially accessible franchise lawn care business system. The management at Lawn Doctor works hard to build upon and improve the values that Lawn Doctor was started from in 1967:
Scott leads the innovative 450+ unit franchisor of home services. Over his 17 year career with Lawn Doctor, he has held several positions in manufacturing, consumer marketing, and franchise development prior to his promotion to Chairman and CEO in 2011.
Scott is a member of the board of Project Evergreen, an industry organization with the mission of preserving green spaces. Mr. Frith is the Chairman of the International Franchise Association’s Marketing and Public Relations Committee.
He is a Certified Franchise Executive with a B.A. from Seton Hall University and a M.B.A. from Fordham University.

Eric joined Lawn Doctor as Vice President of Franchise Development in 2017. He has a B.S. in Communications from Indiana State University and a M.S. in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. He spent the past seven years with Risemark Brands, parent company of Right at Home and IKOR, as the Senior Director of Franchise Development.
Eric is a native of Nebraska, and currently resides in Omaha, NE with his wife and four daughters.

Jack joined Lawn Doctor as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Finance, Administration and Information Technology Departments. He has a BS degree in Accounting from The University of Scranton and is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of management experience at companies including PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Waterford Wedgwood USA, Fitz & Floyd Enterprises and Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems.
Jack is a native of Pennsylvania, and currently resides with his wife in Manasquan N.J.
Dave started with Lawn Doctor in 1998 as a Regional Business Consultant and now leads the operations team here at Lawn Doctor. Prior to coming to Lawn Doctor, Dave operated a successful garden center and landscape supply business in central New Jersey.
Dave is a native of New Jersey and lives in Brick with his wife and son.

Chris joined Lawn Doctor in 2015, he has 18 years’ experience in marketing. He’s held positions at AT&T, J.P. Morgan, and CENTRY 21, Real Estate. He holds a B.S in Marketing from Rutgers University and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Chris lives in Clinton, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
