  • Recruit and develop a customer-focused staff that can effectively communicate with your customers and execute required tasks
  • Monitor your sales trends while managing your expenses

What type of equipment do I need?

Typically, the main things you’ll need are one or multiple vans (depending on your business plan) and our proprietary application equipment. We’re very proud of our equipment, which allows Lawn Doctor franchisees and staff to execute lawn care programs with efficiency, economy and effectiveness. You’ll also need other equipment and materials; please contact us for more information.

I live outside the US or Canada. Can I franchise with Lawn Doctor?

At the present time, all Lawn Doctor franchise opportunities are within select areas of the United States. For more information about available territories, visit our Priority Markets page or contact us.

What is my initial investment?

Compared to many other franchise opportunities, Lawn Doctors offers a low-investment franchise opportunity. For a single territory, the total investment costs range from $133,475 – $149,027.

Lawn Doctor is a low-cost investment opportunity because it requires:

  • No retail location to build out
  • Limited equipment and infrastructure
  • Limited initial staffing

I already have my own green industry business can I convert it into a Lawn Doctor?

It depends. We do have franchisees who have converted an existing business to a Lawn Doctor, but it requires an excellent fit in terms of available territory and a willingness on the part of the franchisee to adopt the Lawn Doctor business system.
